Fun Fact: BoBo is the affectionate nickname given to our founder, @tarajiphenson’s father, Boris L. Henson. #Repost from @blhensonfoundation: 🎉 Gratitude galore! 🌟 Thank you to everyone who made the inaugural BoBo’s Joy Joint an absolute blast! 🎊 Hosted by the incredible @tarajiphenson and powered by our phenomenal sponsors—title sponsor @bet and sponsor @Pinterest, it was a joyous celebration filled with dance, laughter, smiles, down home cooking, beautiful artwork created by @demontpinder, soulful tunes from DJs @djquicksilva and @supascottythedj, and the enchanting melodies of BoBo’s Jazz and Blues Band, all wrapped in the timeless elegance of 1920’s glamour designed by event producers @octetproductions ! 🎷🎵 Your presence added the sparkle to our night, making it a huge success.✨ As we conclude our first milestone of BLHF’s Joy Joints Initiative, the purpose for this celebration becomes clear – to remember that JOY is our birthright! Get ready for an encore, because we’re coming back bigger and better next year!
