What a year.
As twisty as it was I am grateful. I am grateful for life. I am grateful for family. I am grateful for friends. I am grateful for acquaintances. I am grateful for past (and future😉) colleagues. I am grateful for my professional team. I am grateful for the brands that partnered with me officially – @lorealparis SAA & @diorbeauty , those who embraced me as a friend of their brand (@louisvuitton @porscheusa) and the MANY others who partnered with me unofficially🥹. I am grateful for the moments of joy. I am grateful for the moments of heartbreak. I am grateful for those who held me in prayer. I am grateful for lessons learned. I am grateful for growth.
I am thankful for this year.
God bless you. May your lives continue to display the goodness of God. I wish you nothing but great moments for the coming year 🫶🏾
Take care of yourselves.
Mad love. Always.

At the risk of recycling old images I wanted my last post for the year to be one that appreciates this year for allowing me to travel as much as I did. Most of us would love to travel but don’t have the means to.
This year I was able to visit 6 countries and multiple cities – 4 of those countries were out of pocket and the other 2 I was hosted by brands.
FRANCE (Paris & Cannes); ITALY (Milan & Stresa); THAILAND (Phuket); SOUTH KOREA (Seoul); CROATIA (Dubrovnik & Viganj); AUSTRIA (Vienna)
I enjoyed every single trip.
Generally, I’m the type of person to book flights waaaaaay in advance because they are more affordable then – ask my friends: I book July flights in Feb and December flights in May 🥹 and I have a friend who absolutely loves hunting for discounts when finding accommodation. She leaves NO stone unturned. She also has fancy taste so it’s always exciting when fancy meets affordable.
I’m also on the Southy passport which makes travel a little tricky. HOWEVER, there are tons of countries that don’t give our passport-holders visa issues and most of those countries are affordable when it comes to exploring them – look it up, you won’t regret it.
I also found a super boss visa agency place that I use for countries that require a visa and I have to turn it around quickly. Hit me up if you want the recommendation🤪
And you know this thing of trying to organize group trips and they fall on their face because people are always giving the runaround? Yeah. That. What I do with my friends now is when we agree on a location, I book my flight and leave it on the group chat. Whoever shows up, shows up. Outside of that, they’ll catch all the action on the stories😂🤣😂
What other travel advice do you have that one can be mindful of going forward? ORRRRR travel destinations that one should add to their list?
I really want to do Ghana at some point😭
NOTE TO SELF: FIND A DIFFERENT POSE NEXT YEAR ✌🏾😫
(Most of the people I know are in 2024 already🙁😩)
HAPPY NEW YEAR, GUYS! Blessings on blessings! I hope and pray you’ll have a travel opportunity. The world we live in is so beautiful🥺 Planet Earth
