Their pampered recruits have ignored the kitchen for far too long, and it’s time to learn the basics. Teams face off to collect the most medals in culinary and physical tasks, and the winning team gets an advantage for the next challenge. In the skill drill, we task our teams with replicating chicken paillard with salad, and things get spicy when the chefs teach their teams how to make lamb curry.
