This is how the brain learns a new reward system and the new behavior eventually becomes automatic.
Be patient. Falling off the wagon isn’t the end of change. It’s an important step where you learn that certain situations or people make you vulnerable to a setback. Now you have a new strategy. Avoid those situations!
