I remember you tellingI me that “you knew this will be the last sunrise you would see and you would not make it to see it set . But to realize How powerful it is to know that you have 1 more day ahead. That when life got tough, to go watch the sun rise and know that you would be there beside me to remind me what a gift today is.
This morning I watched it rise with my 2 boys and I repeated your words to them. As the sun light hit our face I could feel your warmth still with us. Your story will live on in my children with the gift you gave me to be a father like you . Forever grateful for the time we had together .
