Adi Granov Instagram – I’ve mentioned before about glazing in acrylics and separating layers with acrylic medium to build up glazes of colour and the effect the light has bouncing through them. My art responds a lot to changing light as it penetrates all of the layers and reflects all the way down from the grisaille underneath. It’s a process I really like and it results in original art that is quite alive. This is also why I photograph it as I can play around with light to capture some of that life instead of letting the scanner flatten it.
P.S. the varnish is wet hence the wet look.
