As a lifelong athlete, I’m constantly looking for ways to stay connected to my body and push myself. For the past couple of years, I’ve found boxing workouts to be the best way to challenge myself physically and mentally. Whether it’s been learning the ropes and connecting with an incredible community at @Lobosboxingclub or pushing my limits with the amazing @adelaltamimi at @humblewarriorgym, this journey has taught me so much about myself.
I recently had a moment of self-discovery during my time at @sacredsons I realized that I’ve been avoiding confrontation because I was afraid of my own power. But it’s time to face that fear head-on. Instead of just working out and fighting against myself, I’ve decided to step into the ring and compete. This decision both terrifies and excites me, but I know it’s what I’m built for.
I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined the @lakoclub fight club and will be participating in my first sparring competition.
