Dan Crenshaw Instagram – The Biden Administration shouldn’t be suing Texas — they should be thanking us and paying us back.    Today I joined @repjodeyarrington and a number of my colleagues in supporting Texas‘ ability to defend itself. Texas is having to do the federal government’s job because the Biden/Mayorkas open border policies have put us on the front lines of their crisis.    In Texas, we don’t just sit back and wait — we act. That’s what Gov. Abbott and the Texas Legislature have done. I support their efforts to defend the state and stop the influx of migrants that are crossing the border illegally. I will always stand to defend them against the administrations ridiculous legal challenges.
