David Chang Instagram – Last night on @dinnertimelive was wild! Big shout-out to @sethrogen and @ikebarinholtz for bringing the laughs and seriously impressive eating skills. No caviar was wasted in the filming of last nights episode. We won’t cook like that very often! Thanks uncle Ted! Every week we’re trying to push ourselves, trying new things, making new mistakes and shifting gears. Cooking live with —no script, no second chances, no commercial breaks…while hosting guests and talking and keeping time. It’s much harder than it looks. It feels like we’re opening a new restaurant with a new menu every Tuesday at the row DTLA. Grateful for Netflix giving me this platform.
