David Mazouz Instagram – A year ago, David came to me, frustrated with the processual rigidity of theatre on campus, and asked me to direct him.
I agreed on the condition that we would improvise our production. That we wouldn’t know what we were doing. So that our next phase in the production would constantly need to be discovered. What emerged was essential for the moment. It was genuine.
And I am proud to say it is the most beautiful thing I have created.
