Eif Rivera Instagram – 3 years ago I got the opportunity to Direct television after hundreds of meetings and @50cent telling execs that I can do it. Fast forward to 2023 where I just completed my first feature film with an ALL STAR CAST who believed in my ability to tell an amazing diverse story that History somehow forgot about. Brad Feinstein ( @romulus_entertainment ) was introduced to me by a fellow Director whom believes in the old ways where Directors like Coppola, Scorsese and others would build together and learn from one another. @anthonymandler was that friend. I recieved the script “ Killing Castro “ , pitched on it and landed the gig. @cweissl , Rudy , Jason all producers who believed in me as well. @tdegrezia ( One of the writers whom I spent countless days with re-working the script )is also in this photo. This film has been a year in the making since I stepped in. I kept it quiet. Rehearsing with Actors like AL Pacino and others to get the best performances for the story. I just want to say thank you to them, thank you to all the actors, and thank you to the crew. One must always believe they can achieve a goal if they put their mind to it. If I told you how many times I got a NO it would be as thick as an encyclopedia. Believe in yourself. Fuck the haters who come in all shapes and sizes and multi color.
