Goro Fujita Instagram – Soda Morph – While cleaning up, I found something I did in senior high school in art class. Must have been 1999. We were asked to pick a subject and paint 12 different ideas for it. I chose a coke can and one of the ideas was to recycle a coke can into a competitor product. It was painted in Gouache side by side on a large sheet of paper. Back then I didn’t have much animation knowledge. When I found the painting, I realized that it could be easily overlayed and converted into an animation, so I did 😀 Pretty neat to resurrect something you did 25 years ago in this way. | Posted on 08/Feb/2024 23:33:08
