Jeff Stinco Instagram – Traditions are very important to me, and our yearly appointment for tomato sauce preparation with the family is always a highlight of the end of the summer season. It’s all about friends coming together to can a ton of tomatoes while we catch up on everything happening in our crazy lives. Kids laugh, bicker, and occasionally get hurt while we cut, grind, and slowly boil the tomatoes before canning them.
