Justin Trudeau Instagram – It isn’t always easy for Black men to talk openly about mental health. But organizations like Generation Chosen and community hubs like Onyx Barbers are changing that. This afternoon, we sat down to speak about the change that’s happening. And because of the conversation we had, I’m confident we can end the stigma around mental health and build a better future – a future where everyone can speak up, reach out, and get the support they need. 🇨🇦 Ce n’est pas toujours facile pour les hommes noirs de parler ouvertement de santé mentale.
