Káss Instagram – This is me using my art, skills and passion and directing it to this important cause so close to my heart, my background and my beloved country of IRAN.
I support all of my sisters and brothers back home and around the world in hopes of a long overdue and well deserved change.
Just imagine how we live in a world that, in one country we are talking about the advancement of life and technology and building of a better and more sustainable future for our kids, while in other countries people are being murdered for showing hair or voicing an opinion.
If I lived back home, I essentially would have gotten arrested for this song, similar to other amazing artists such as #shervinhajipour for using our art to voice our opinion. I essentially will not be able to travel back to the place of my birth and upbringing because of this song, unless there is a change in this cruel and dictator regime.
In hopes of better days for my sisters, brother and all humans on the planet, and a brighter future for our children ✌️
