Since its formation, the group have placed 203 Bleed Kits (medical kits specifically designed to treat stab wounds) across Northamptonshire, with 4 already being used to save lives in emergency situations. The organisation has also distributed 13 Amnesty Bins across the county, allowing 3,000 knifes to be discarded safely. During the visit, Her Royal Highness met volunteers and supporters before handing out certificates to those who have completed critical bleed control training courses.

Her Royal Highness viewed the Postgraduate Class of 2024 exhibition, showcasing the work of courses including Fashion Artefact, Fashion Photography, and Costume Design for Performance. 📲 The Duchess also met students at the Digital Learning Lab, observing a digital garment fitting. King Charles III of the United Kingdom Instagram – 100 years of the Poppy Factory! 👏 At Clarence House, The Queen has welcomed employees and long standing friends and partners of @ThePoppyFactory, as well as veterans and family members who have overcome barriers and seen their lives changed with help from the organisation. The Poppy Factory was first set up in 1922 to create civilian employment for wounded, sick and injured veterans of the First World War. Today based in Richmond, a thriving community of veterans and families has been established to make Remembrance poppies and wreaths for The Royal British Legion and The Royal Household, with many veterans living on site. Her Majesty has been involved with the charity for 10 years.
