Liev Schreiber Instagram – Together we helped put some smiles on people’s faces by funding Happy Kids’ three-month project to address the critical needs of Ukrainian women and children affected by the war. This initiative focuses on the psychological and physical rehabilitation of those displaced, specifically targeting 30 families from the Kharkiv region, which includes 30 women and 36 children. Kharkiv is under regular bombardment and the families were identified from high-risk areas. The “Care” program is taking place at the Karpatyia Sanatorium, chosen for its family-friendly environment, safety, and comprehensive treatment facilities. The project includes accommodation, rehabilitation physiotherapy, balanced nutrition, psychological support, and diverse activities like art therapy and excursions. The program aims to provide respite, reduce stress, and offer medical treatment to its participants.
