Mark Duplass Instagram – I want to thank everyone for your outpouring of support on my mental health post last week. And, more importantly, for sharing all of your stories as well. I read every single response and it felt good to know we belong to this little community together. On my end, I’ve been sticking with my systems (exercise, sleep, therapy, medication, relying on my friends and loved ones, etc ) and am feeling much better.
