Mark Wright Instagram – What a Sunday morning!! Unbelievable effort from everyone that showed up today. From what was a little idea between me @viphq_essex & @joshwright4444 2 days prior to the first one last week, a couple of mentions on Instagram and suddenly we have a few hundred people waking up early on Sunday morning to work out together!! All ages, all different fitness levels but all the same effort!! Nothing beats staying active and healthy but with a community!! Everyone driving each other on and getting it done. Such a buzz seeing people putting in the work today!! @_livewright_ forever!!
