This clip is from the time @minotauromma invited me to train with him on Fight Island. To say I was excited is a huge understatement. So we set a timer and started rolling. We started clocking a lot of rounds and fatigue started to set in. I was gassing out, the room was a sauna at that point, I started getting my ass kicked and I was ready to be done. He wouldn’t allow it, he wouldn’t even give me a break between rounds once he could sense I was ready to quit. He pushed me hard that day, it was perfect. Hands down, it was my favorite training session I’ve ever had in my life. I miss Fight Island!
