His legacy as an executive, manager, and entrepreneur left an indelible mark. Not only was he a discerning talent scout, Clarence also served as a benevolent mentor and advisor to many of the industry’s leading figures. Among his many accomplishments, Clarence played a pivotal role in promoting the Bad Tour, Michael’s first global tour as a solo artist. A fervent advocate for equality and civil rights, Clarence delved into politics, earning the respect and ear of presidents. Beyond his professional triumphs, he and his cherished wife, Jacqueline, were renowned for their charitable endeavors.  Sending best wishes during this difficult time to his family and the countless people Clarence touched with his generosity.
Michael Jackson Instagram – Today is Juneteenth which commemorates the end of slavery in the US and celebrates African American culture. This is only the third year it has been observed as a US national holiday. Michael spoke in various interviews over the years about his pride in his heritage and in being a Black man and this holiday provides an opportunity for all to take time to think about the past as well as the enduring challenges that still exist and how each person can make this a better place.
