My oldest friend, @dariusmarder, lost his son, Ezra, to a long and terrible disease two years ago. Ezra’s older brother, @asamarder, was angry and heartbroken and seemed to be questioning everything, but he’s putting the pieces back together in the most beautiful way.
His album, “As Beloved,” is a love letter to the sweetest boy in the world, Ezra. In hospice, Ezra made us all promise to honor his life by bringing light into the world with our lives. Asa’s album shines bright with sorrow and hope and love all at once. (There’s even a song Ezra wrote and sang on here.) Please listen. I have it on loop right now.

While our @cwgothamknights cinematographers, Rob, James, and Roger, were incredible to work with (this scene is from Roger’s episode) I can’t say the same for all of the actors I worked with. For example, in this clip from Episode 10, I had to work opposite an actor who was, frankly an incredibly selfish camera hog who did everything in his power to undermine me throughout the shoot…
