Planning to catch every sunrise from my surfboard the week of May 25th to June 1st in Costa Rica, during the @lykos.life Men’s Retreat.
There’s 6 spots left and I’d love nothing more than to share the experience with you.
It’s not just a ‘Surf’ retreat but there will be surfing… all levels are welcome. We’re happy to help you get a couple waves or if you feel so inclined, lessons are available.
Aside from surf we will also be taking time to meditate, move our bodies with a mix of movement practices and diving into deep conversations. While also allowing time to relax, have moments to ourselves and indulging in fresh local plant powered foods. From a sweat lodge moment to purge all the stress to a waterfall to cleanse our spirits we’ve got an amazing week planned. This retreat is a chance for us to unplug, connect, be challenged and supported.
I’m really looking forward to this as it’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a while. It’s what I need, so I’m sure some other men need it to. Come, share, learn and build a brotherhood.
