Olivier Richters Instagram – NEW MILESTONE: 160kg / 353lbs at 2.18m /7’2″ . Officially doubled my weight of 80kg / 176lbs since I started this journey 14 years ago at the age of 19 💪😁. I ate myself 🤭. Special thanks to all my employees and partners at online supermarket @musclemeatnl and @dutchgiantnutrition which makes it possible for me to eat 6 meals a day with a total of 6500kcal and 400gr of protein without any hassel. Arms at 53cm and quads at 79cm. Using my new milestone physique for a movie/series that I’m filming in Canada for a huge streaming service.
