Boracay was a last minute decision but a perfect one. It was the icing on the cake I didn’t realize I needed. It gave me a sense of calm and really enlightened me. I know the privilege I have but I work hard so I can enjoy moments like this. What a month it was to travel with my chosen family and friends! I can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Before I start posting Manila photos and there’s already plenty from just the last 36 hours, I wanted to post my trip to @disneyland Hong Kong. This was our last full day there and so happy to have seen it! They don’t do ghost so the Haunted Mansion was called Mystic Manor and it was actually really really good! There was a Filipino section for It’s A Small World and it was so good!!!! Overall the trip was amazing. Sadly had to leave early because of my knees and back but I needed to take a nap before our last dinner together! Photos coming up!

We departed Hong Kong for Manila yesterday but I’ve got more photos to upload including this trip to the Big Buddha. It was an amazing excursion and happy we were able to see it. But for someone who is super afraid of heights, the clear bottom cable car was intimidating and overwhelming. I legit almost cried. Thankfully the ride back the group agreed to ride on a regular one! The travel time was about 30 minutes to the cable car terminal and another 25 minutes up the Buddha. But well worth it! There are other ways to reach the peak, but that’s what we did!
