Round example:
Legs 30s, rest, 30, Shoulders 30s, rest 30s, Core 30s, rest 30s, repeat. Up it to 45 secs, or even a minute, each exercise! It’s entirely up to you and your skill level and will power.
Or if you’re greedy, choose a bunch of them!
