Parry Glasspool Instagram – When my Father wore the same workout top as me this morning, I knew instinctively that it was a poorly concealed attempt at a power move from the ageing patriarch. He knew his position as alpha of the family was at risk. I could’ve taken offensive to this move and submitted him with a simple triangle choke – ending this tired facade and forever changing the hierarchy of power in this house – But instead, I chose to respect it, learn from it, and bring in those gains together – passing of the torch, so to speak.
