Journaling has helped me in amazing ways to sort through difficult thoughts and empty my mind.
Allowing me to organize the chaos that resistance can stir up in our brains.
Doing less scrolling and more painting my words on paper is something I’m really enjoying.
I pray I continue to get to help others, nurture my creative, and put a pulse to my ideas for the rest of my life.
