Will Guidara Instagram – Some of the best advice I ever got from my dad was to start journaling early in my career. He always told me that creating a practice of reflection- taking the time to document my experiences and emotions- was the best way to be an empathetic leader later in life. He’d always say “Perspective has an expiration date” and that i needed to put language to mine at each phase in my career in order to one day be able to tap back into them.
