So grateful for the hospitality of @kevinboehmboka, @donniemadia and their co-hosts @alpanasingh & @cheferickwilliams who brought together a group of extraordinary people to take the stage. And thankful, as always, to @resy for helping bring it to life. I was honored to deliver the opening remarks, where I talked about the fact that perspective has an expiration date, and how creating a practice of journaling will not only make you a more empathetic leader, but can allow you to grab onto flashes of inspiration.
