Will Guidara Instagram – Rules are important, creating a framework of controls within an organization is needed to ensure everyone is rowing in the same direction. But controls and creativity are NOT friends, and too many can stand in the way of genuine connection. Remember what you’re actually trying to achieve as an organization, and make sure your systems aren’t making it harder to achieve it. Some advice: every once in a while, take the time to interrogate your list of rules and prove that every single one still deserves to exist. You might be surprised by how many no longer do.
