Will Guidara Instagram – I often talk about how restaurants have an opportunity (perhaps even a responsibility) to create magical worlds in a world that needs more magic. The truly great restaurants — the ones that put hospitality at the center of every decision — can help us celebrate our best moments, or the grace to forget about our most challenging ones… they can put the world on pause, where everything else fades away and you can GENUINELY connect with your people around the table. I love to create my own magical worlds — I live to host others. But last night I had the pleasure of being invited into one. Last night was one of the greatest nights of my life.
Incredible food and unrivaled graciousness by the team at @raosnyc, amazing drinks by my @pernodricardusa family, and a group of people I love gather together in community to help me celebrate the release of my book. It was one for the ages.
