I’m always grateful for these opportunities to connect with the younger ones and create a safe space for open conversations. When I was a young girl I was extremely shy and didn’t know how to use my voice and speak up, so being in the position I am today really warms my heart to be able to connect with them and be a big sister to support and guide them.
