Greta wanted us all to be individuals. no two Barbie’s are the same! my Barbie had her own element of individuality! Greta also wanted all of us to look plastic! so every day we were slathered in waterproof makeup from head to toe. in order to cut down prep time, we would be surrounded by multiple talented artists who covered not only our skin, but my sneaky tattoos 😜 the wonderful Beverly Baptise braided my hair for under the wig, making me feel protected and comfortable 🥰 the power of makeup and talent by the brilliant and beautiful Jade Levene-Endfield 🙏🏾 I had a boss ass team of black women, which is rare on most films, taking care of me and making me feel seen and safe!!! #Barbie #BarbieMakeup @barbiethemovie
