During class today my wine educator just explained why Brunello di Montalcino is considered one of the best red wine in #italy and needed to at least 5 years aging in barrels before bottling and sell to the market. Coincidentally my hubby took this bottle out from the fridge for dinner. We actually used coravin to pump out to drink half a bottle months ago. And today when we drink the rest half it’s still very tannic and high acidity and very fruity with complexity!!! Definitely can keep for another 15-20 years! Now on, I will appreciate wines even more and differently for sure!😊❤️🍇🫐🍒🍷 @theoakscellars
