Autumn Reeser Instagram – We are still in the dark half of the year. The time to reset, to go within, until the reemergence of life when we arrive at spring. The seeds of life are only just beginning to stir under the soil… Aries/March is the beginning of the zodiacal calendar (not Capricorn/January), and when I really tune into my body, it’s never until March when I feel the energy shift. But we’ve all been programmed by a calendar and culture that want us to think we should be pushing ourselves on January 1st, changing all our bad habits and charging forward into ‘the new year!’ Well, I reject that narrative. I say no. I will be still. I will be soft. I will listen. I will wait for spring to arrive.
