Himalayji ki favourite dish! Bahut simple dish hein.. jisme main ingredient pyaar hein.. kyo ki unhe swaad ke anusaar turant pata chalte hein ki kisne banaya hein.π
Special tip:- Dahi khatta ho, toh swaad aur achha hota hein. Aur dhakaan lagane ke baad, slow flame par usse 10/12minute pakne dijiye taki aloo mein masale ka taste absorb ho jaye.
Yeh quick waali recipe try kar lijiye.. aur aakre(fluffed but crisp) phulke ke saath khaiye.. aur bataiye kaise laga.
