Elders rarely get onto fancy foods. They aren’t even regular about vitamins or immunity boosting tablets that are prescribed to them. They want food that satisfy their tastebuds.. so here it is… a quick snack that balances both.
This can be made with both a potato and sweetpotato mix.
2/3 boiled potatoes
5/6 green chillies
8/9 garlic buds chopped
An inch of ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon of roasted jeera
1 teaspoon of amchur
1 teaspoon of chaat masala
1 teaspoon of garam masala
Lots of coriander (i love the flavor)
Lime and salt to taste.
Make patties and roll with the sesame seeds and allow to cook on your pan till golden brown.
The chatpata taste is something you all will enjoy.
