You have to book local cabs , ask at reception of your hotel for local cab drivers or just book from grab which will a little cheaper too or rent scooters. Then pay 50rm for entry and use shuttle for going to the flora park . From there, you need to go for another 250 steps of stairs. Then there it is, @theviews_cafe .
