Home Actress Daniella Monet HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers February 2024 Daniella Monet Instagram - Reasons I regret going vegan 👇🏼 Plot twist. I don’t. I want to talk a bit about “New Year’s resolutions” surrounding veganism. There are so many people that try to go vegan cold turkey (no pun intended) in the new year. People will follow this for a few weeks and then ultimately give up. This all or nothing approach for a majority of people can do more harm than good. If everyone goes vegan for 1 month, but then for the rest of the year drops it, we are only helping the environment animals for that time. What if instead of making an abrupt change, you slowly implemented change? Or do as much as feels good for YOU. Maybe January you make it your mission to make all your breakfasts vegan. Then February you add in desserts? Goal setting is very personal…it’s about what is best for you. Do you need help THRIVING this new year? ✨ If you do, comment THRIVE and we will send you access to the THRIVE bundle, ends January 4th. You get access to: * 70 curated resources to help you thrive in 2024 from a bunch of amazing creators! * 5 Full-length published cookbooks (including one from @plantyou that I can’t wait to try) * Workout guides * Yoga classes * Mindfulness classes * Gardening guides * My kids coloring/work book all about food * And so much more... In fact, individually, these ebooks and courses would be worth upwards of $2500. But this week only, we’re offering them all together for JUST $48. 🤯 Bonkers? Maybe. But we really want to help you start this year off on the right foot. LIFETIME ACCESS!!! #vegan #plantbased #veganfood #newyear #2024 #resolution #nyresolution #newyearsresolution #bucketlist #veganuary

Daniella Monet Instagram – It’s me, @daniellamonet 👋🏼 Yes, even though I am still vegan, our home is really about 90% plant based. I am choosing to allow my kids to make decisions for themselves in a way that I can feel good about.

I continue to do the best I can to make the most ethical and healthiest choices when I can, but relinquishing a little bit of control so that they can experience more of what they feel may be best for them, while also giving them an opportunity to learn what doesn’t.

For the most part, I trust their gut palate. I’ve worked hard and continue to do so to provide high quality, colorful, mostly organic plant based meals daily at home, and believe that this is creating a solid foundation for them for life.

It isn’t always easy to give in now and again, and let them have the cake, it’s something I work on daily. I standby the idea that it’s simply my job to steer them in the right direction when it can affect them physically, mentally, and emotionally – that includes helping them make good nutritional decisions.

Anywayssss 🤪 is you are also on a plant-based journey or striving to incorporate more plants into your diet, no matter the %, I have a tool for you that is so helpful.

The Digest Membership. It’s an app where you can book a call with a lifestyle/food coach, find an accountability partner (we are rolling out a Facebook group for members), personalize and organize menus for you and your family, get groceries straight to your door (it will automatically sync from the recipes that you select in the app to either Amazon fresh or Instacart), so much more!

Right now it’s 30% off. That means only $69 for the whole year.

I will also be diving into the whole egg thing in an article for subscribers.
