While Israel is not a European country, like many other Eurovision participants such as Turkey and Morocco, to cut us from this contest is to exclude us from the global music industry, sewing further division and dehumanization of the Jewish state. To each and every one of the 400+ leaders from the entertainment industry who signed a petition by the Creative Community for Peace, supporting Israel, thank you for speaking out for us and for standing up against Jew-hatred. We need more creatives being able to speak up against hate, for unity and for peace 💜
