Elizabeth Hendrickson Instagram – And…5, 6, 7, 8!!! Such a fun morning with these girlies I’ve been building friendships with. Today we pushed each other and did a DOUBLE work out starting at 8 M on a Saturday. A full body exercise with weights for 50 mins followed by a dance cardio dance class that was also 50 mins. Sorry, but yes, I’m bragging a little here 😝 but I’m so proud of us ! We may not be able to walk this afternoon but our hearts are full and we feel great 💪🏻. We did it !!!
