Elle Breaunna Instagram – I started therapy (again) today and it felt good. My therapist says “L* we’re 6 minutes in and I must say you are quite cognitive and insightful. Extremely emotionally intelligent I do believe…” with all that being said I still need help utilizing certain tools to heal traumas and be my best self. Aware that I am rare!
Never too late to seek help.
Therapy isn’t just about dealing w/ “drama”, life be lifeing and we need a safe space to express ourselves what’s better than expressing yourself to a medical professional who’s been trained to help people navigate through life. Or simply help maintain healthy thoughts. You can’t always throw your sh*t on your folks, sometimes they don’t have the mental capacity to deal with their own sh*t let alone yours.
