If you aren’t in this mind set its sooo easy at the time of year to feel overwhelmed and feel like you aren’t doing ENOUGH 😬
We put so much focus in January onto what we aren’t doing well and what we NEED to change about ourselves we never reflect or congratulate ourselves on what we are doing well 🤯
A few ways I’ve helped to keep myself grounded in January …
1. Limit social media time and consumption (if I scroll instagram for too long I start to compare my situation to other peoples)
2. Break it down: Divide larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks for a sense of accomplishment.
3. Set realistic goals: Establish achievable objectives that align with your capabilities and timeframe.
4. Time management: Organize your schedule to allocate dedicated time for work, self-care, and relaxation.
5. Learn to say no: Don’t overcommit; prioritize commitments that align with your priorities and energy levels.
