It is the 11 th of January, 2024, a date that aligns perfectly with the number 11, which holds great power and symbolism. This number, often seen as a sign of new opportunities and fresh beginnings, is not only my lucky number but is also cherished by many.
Today, however, it is doubly special, as it is also known as an angel number – 111. Moreover, it marks the first new moon of the year, adding to its already profound significance.
It is the perfect time to reflect on our current positions in life and set intentions for the future. The act of manifesting our desires is a powerful exercise that allows us to visualize and work towards our goals with utmost clarity and determination.
As part of my journey on this auspicious day, I attended a remarkable class @denieuweyogaschool , called Conscious Circular Breathing.
This transformative experience incorporated elements of @iceman_hof breathing techniques, and the sensations it evoked were nothing short of extraordinary.
