Gaza needs every word and color from you now.” At this point, you all know where I stand. You know my rage, you know my truth, you know my heartbreak, you know my grief. I have archived most of my story posts in my highlights. I will continue to post but I will not be repeating myself over and over again any more. I will now channel it all into my prayers, my actions, and my art. When I feel like I want to share my thoughts and very real emotions, I will. And when I don’t want to, I won’t. Going inward as much as I go outward is the only way I can sustain myself. So now, I sing. My altar will forever be set to honor Palestine. This is a promise I will keep for all of my days. I won’t stop standing up and speaking up. I won’t stop praying. I won’t stop loving. I won’t stop caring. I will sing for you until I journey to the ancestors.
