Jasmine Curtis-Smith Instagram – Unbelievable experience today, I cannot thank you enough @nazonthemoon @ocacollectiveph!

The process to get through the ice bath was crazy tough for me. At first it was a lot about the acceptance of shock and huge discomfort, then presence of mind on my breathing… which I am so thankful to have had some awesome mental and breath work with @resiliencewithmark, Naz and Martin! Plus learn to not fight the feeeeeling! Huge release of tension and all that whatever jazz 🐉🤪can’t wait to continue learning.

Still in disbelief that I lasted 7 mins in the tub 🥶 I was ready to go out before the first minute even hit, even decided to put my feet up and out of the water!

Today was much needed and I’m very thankful to have had a safe space to try this out for the first time ✨
