Jessica Knoll Instagram – In 2023 I faced down two major fears—turning forty and parenthood—and neither has been as terrible as I envisioned they would be. I lost my best girl who I miss so much but I gained a new lil best buddy. I went back to my college for a week where I wrote 25k words of my next book in the chapel library where I used to cram for finals. I published a book that was an instant New York Times best seller, a NYT notable book of 2023, an indie next pick, an Amazon editor’s pick, a Goodreads choice nominee and the recipient of four starred reviews from all four of the trades that are not usually very nice to me! I’m really proud of what I accomplished this year and feeling excited for 2024. I can’t wait for Sydney to laugh and for her to recognize Franklin who is desperate for her attention, and to get back to book four and developing Bright Young Women for series 🤞 also excited for the Ina lasagna I’m making tonight and the Lambrusco I’ll drink whilst doing so | Posted on 31/Dec/2023 23:25:52
