Jessika Evelyn Heiser Instagram – Back out on the road soon for Smackdown 🩵 this week! The first Smackdown of 2024 will be coming to you from Vancouver! I’ve been a bit quiet with new year posts. As I think on 2023 I’m proud of my accomplishments, how I’ve grown and the work I’ve put in. I’m proud of continuing to put in work with @thebrinklife I’m proud of continuing to shoot for the impossible in and out of the ring. From a physical standpoint I’m in the best shape of my life and overall I feel like my best self. Each year I like to set an intention, a theme if you will. This year I aim for peace and being present. Aiming to stress less, and enjoy the process and journey.
