Justina Adorno Instagram – Jamie Logan brings the ‘Milk Is Not Humane’ art installation to NYC
Actress Justina Adorno joined as a ‘milked woman’, using art to create a world where nonhumans are given the same moral consideration as humans.
This powerful work sheds light on the suffering humans inflict on nonhuman animals in the dairy industry. There are approximately 270 million cows enslaved in the dairy industry worldwide. They are forcibly impregnated, tortured, have their daughters stolen from them, their sons slaughtered, live a 1/3 of their natural lifespan and continue to be exploited even after their short lives are taken from them due to exhaustion and lameness making them no longer ‘profitable’, by having their remains sold off cheaply for ‘meat’.

The installation will be performed in various cities globally throughout 2024.
